GP Member Practices

Newham CCG is structured so that individual practices are grouped into clusters led by an elected Cluster Lead. Each cluster also has an elected NCCG Board member to represent the views of the cluster at Board level.

The clusters act as a liaison between individual practices and the CCG Board and Executive to ensure that local needs are highlighted and met. It is at cluster meetings where best practice, ideas and innovation are shared to improve delivery and provision of health service to patients.

The clusters also act as a conduit for all key stakeholders of the local health economy, including service providers, voluntary and third sector organisations, the local authority and public health. Each cluster is supported by dedicated NCCG management staff.
